Presacral Schwannoma Mascquerading as a Uterine Leiomyoma

Presacral tumors are a rare group of located posterior to the rectum in retrorectal or presacral space. Due lack specific symptoms and difficult anatomic localization, they present diagnostic management challenge for surgeons. We case schwannoma young female who was initially misdiagnosed as uterine fibroid on ultrasound taken up myomectomy. The tumor later successfully excised by combined abdominosacral approach. clinical features discussed this article.
